Our team, One Small Steppe, in the Mongolia Charity Rally has crossed the finish line! They raised over $10,000 for GoHelp, a charity focused on providing outreach and educational opportunities to underdeveloped areas in central Asia and Central America. In addition they donated the ambulance that took them over 10,000 miles and spent time with local children enjoying the new books and games they provided to the library run by the charity.
Access Construction Equipment is very excited to sponsor a group of young men raising money and awareness for charity while embarking on the adventure of a lifetime. Our 5 man team, called One Small Steppe, is comprised of Rohan, Gunner, Tony and Murphy, all Georgia Tech students and Mitch who just earned his Georgia Tech degree in May. On the Mongolian Charity Rally, beginning on July 1, 2017, these men will be driving an ambulance they have purchased over 10,000 miles from Brussels Belgium to Ulaanbaatar Mongolia. The ambulance has been preapproved by the charity and will be donated once in Mongolia to the fledgling healthcare system. The charity group they are working with is Go Help whose goal is providing health services to rural areas in countries where they are desperately needed as well as provide educational opportunities to underprivileged children who live there.
We at Access will be following their journey and wishing them well throughout this 6 week trip.
We will post pictures on our facebook page as they are able to send them to us from remote locations. You can follow their journey as well through their facebook page or their webpage www.onesmallsteppe.com .
Access Construction Equipment will be living vicariously through the adventures of this group!
After repeated requests for a package conveyor, Access Construction Equipment, manufacturer of MiniveyorUSA and Miniconveyor, proudly introduces Handiveyor. This newest member of our conveyor family boasts the same strong yet lightweight construction as their other conveyor lines. Handiveyor, however, is constructed with moving packages and solid materials in mind. The highest point on Handiveyor is the belt, therefore allowing solid materials of any size to run without interference. It is fitted with an all grip belt as standard and specially designed adjustable guide rails can be added for oversized items.
Access is known for its superior conveyor construction and Handiveyor is no different. Quality materials are used for structural strength and longevity of life. Just as with MiniveyorUSA and Miniconveyor, Handiveyor boasts a foam filled core sandwiched between stainless steel plates. This unique construction design makes all of our conveyors extremely strong while still remaining light weight at less than 170 lbs per 10 foot section.
Handiveyor runs on 120V motors so power is never an issue. Simply plug into standard household power or a small generator. One 15 amp circuit powers 3 motors at once and more units are easily added with the addition of slave boxes. Handiveyor units daisy chain together to run as one system no matter what length your run requires.
Modular sections allow users to reconfigure the conveyor set up as needed for temporary lines or to install them in permanent positions. Your line can be operated right on the ground or raised on legs. Handiveyor, at only 15” wide, can take your materials through narrow spaces, over obstacles and up or down a flight of stairs.
Handiveyor lessens the danger of injury to workers by doing most of the work while giving the abiility to reallocate your workforce to other tasks. Handiveyor allows you to move your materials quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. Access Construction Equipment is able to design a conveyor system to fit your specific space and application.

Access Construction Equipment was asked to assist with refurbishing the Fleischner Courtyard at the Dallas Museum of Art. The new design was initiated in order to make the landscape more resilient and practical. The surface of the courtyard, previously concrete, was to be completely removed and replaced with a surface of decomposed granite on structural soils. The transformation would be no small task.
