Our portable Variable Speed conveyor is the ideal choice when speed adjustment is vital to your job. The VFD controls allow for materials to move as slow as 5’ per minute, or as fast as 133’ per minute. This stand-alone conveyor is complete with built-in controls eliminating the need for an external control box and terminator plug as are used with our system conveyors. Plug the variable speed conveyor into your external power source and you’re ready to operate the VFD controls. This portable conveyor comes in both 15” or 20” widths and in 5’, 10’, 15’ or 20’ lengths. Multiple belt options are available including smooth belts, all-grip belts and cleated belts. Manufactured with 120V or 220V single phase motor, or 480V 3 phase motor this single unit conveyor is designed for moving loose materials, debris, rock, dirt, cement and more. This powerful conveyor can move up to 25-30 tons per hour for our 15” wide conveyor, and 45-50 tons per hour for our 20” wide conveyor.
